Do you have a Suspended License you want to Unsuspend?
If your driver’s license has been suspended by fines owed to the Tolleson City Court, we can now help resolve past due fees with a new program to reinstate your driver license. In the past, if you owed $1,000 or $2,000 or more in fines, you had to come up with the entire amount to clear your license. Now with our new Compliance Assistance Program (CAP), put $150 down and set up a payment plan for the rest and we will provide a clearance letter so that your license can be reinstated.
Judge Lamb explains "this CAP program allows people that need their license to drive to work or to obtain employment to get their license back. This breaks a vicious cycle where a person who doesn’t have a license, can’t get a job and thus can’t pay their fine, and thus can never get their license."
If you think you may have an outstanding ticket with the Tolleson City Court and would like to resolve this matter, please call 623-474-4975 for more information. Otherwise, contact the MVD at 602-255-0072 and they can tell you which court has a hold on your license.
